Ideal for families or modest groups, our home offers cozy accommodations with simple access to the beach, local dining, and outdoor adventures. Whether you're looking to relax by the beach, discover local stores, or savor calming evenings on the porch, this home is your ideal home away from home.



The Space:

Our home is cavernous and inviting, featuring an open-concept living area with plenty of natural light. The completely-equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing meals, and the cozy living room is ideal for winding down after a day of exploring Oak Island.



Master Bedroom: Cozy Queen-size bed.



Second Bedroom: Full-size bed, ideal for a restful nighttime's sleep.



Living Room: Full-size futon, great for additional guests or relaxing.



Bathrooms: Two full bathrooms

Location:

Our home is located in a peaceful, family-friendly neighborhood just a short walk or bicycle ride to the beach. Oak Island is known for its peaceful ambiance, and you’ll have painless access to some of the area’s best eateries, stores, and outdoor activities like kayaking, fishing, and hiking.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full access to the entire home and private yard, except for a locked cabinet, one locked closet and the outside storage building. Feel complimentary to relax in the outdoor seating area or take a short walk to the beach for a swim or sunset.

Check-in: 4:00 PM



Check-out: 10:00 AM



No smoking inside the home. If you choose to smoke outside, please pick up after yourself.



Dogs (only) are welcome with prior approval (pet fee applies at the rate of $100 per pet.)



Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM in our neighborhood
