Sea Chant Upper, a fisherman's dream, is a rustic, old-school 4 bedroom/ 2 bath duplex that sits directly on the oceanfront in the HEART of Carolina Beach. The ocean vistas from this top-floor property are AMAZING!! This Carolina Beach Vacation rental is a few short blocks from the Carolina Beach Boardwalk, you can even sit and watch the Thursday Nighttime Summer fireworks display from the conveniences of your oceanfront deck.
