The dining table seats 6 also there are 2 TV tray tables and the bar seats 2. Washer & dryer. Living room is roomy with a full couch, loveseat and chair and 42' Flat screen TV and Blue Ray Player. Private balacony,with chairs and table to appreciate the limited vistas of the intracostal waterway. Wonderful wooded view also with much bird actively. The charcoal grille is located just steps away as is the Substantial outdoor pool with plenty of chairs. Indoor pool (heated) and hottub. Workout room.
