Unwind by a comfortable, private pool at this charismatic and completely refreshed, handsome island home!  Four bedrooms and three full bathrooms (BR1:1Q, BR2:1F, BR3:1F, 1T, BR4:2 bunk sets, 1Trundle-5T) to sleep and accommodate the entire family in a cozy and private setting. Open living space includes dining area and kitchen, stainless appliances, wood floors, tile in baths, granite countertops, Intelligent TV's, WIFI, & stack washer/dryer, HVAC, ceiling fans, fenced yard, outdoor seating, slab patio, and more.   Beach access, shopping, and eateries only a few blocks walk or bicycle ride away and the old bridge into Southport is within a stone’s throw.  No Animals.
