*Our unit is not handicap accessible. There are two short flights of stairs to access our unit. Please know you do have to walk up steps. Once inside, the unit is one floor.
*This is a condo, meaning common areas such as the backyard, breezeway, and widow's peak are shared. Areas that are not shared include: the unit itself, the driveway, the storage room, and the outside shower.
*The building is comprised of 2 units. One unit is ours and the upstairs unit is also a rental, but it is owned by someone else entirely.

About the Area

Located in Carolina Beach, this condo is near the beach. Carolina Beach Boardwalk is a popular attraction and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Carolina Beach and Wrightsville Beach. Odysea Surf and Kiteboard School and North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

When to reserve a Southport rental home & When to go:

  • The sooner you can book a rental home, the better your selection will be. The best vacation homes are reserved early. Booking your vacation home up to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to plan and book your vacation rental.
  • Reserve your Southport rental home in the Fall or Spring to enjoy warm weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities.
