*Our unit is not handicap accessible. There are two short flights of stairs to access our unit. Please know you do have to walk up steps. Once inside, the unit is one floor.
*This is a condo, meaning common areas such as the backyard, breezeway, and widow's peak are shared. Areas that are not shared include: the unit itself, the driveway, the storage room, and the outside shower.
*The building is comprised of 2 units. One unit is ours and the upstairs unit is also a rental, but it is owned by someone else entirely.

About the Area

Located in Carolina Beach, this condo is near the beach. Carolina Beach Boardwalk is a popular attraction and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Carolina Beach and Kure Beach. Odysea Surf and Kiteboard School and North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

Sticking to your spending plan:

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months along the coast of NC. Reserve your vacation home in the Spring or Fall to get the benefit of beautiful weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities. Trip insurance, which normally will cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra fuel expenses.   • Lock your rental property while you are away! Don't let burglars ruin your trip.
  • Re-check every room of the rental property to make sure that you've packed all belongings on check-out day. Check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Inspect the property one final time and scan for damages to contents or the property itself. We recommend inspecting the property with the property manager whenever possible. If the manager isn't available, ensure that you take photographs of the rental to record its condition.
  • Did your family have a great vacation? Many rental management companies make it easy for customers to provide feedback. If your rental property and/or host was fantastic, they would love to hear it. If anything was out of order and they failed to address it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your review.
