“1 Southern Brew” is Bald Head living at it's best! This home consists of 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bath. It is located in the Lighthouse Landing Community, which is walking distance to the neighborhood dock leading to the Bald Head Island creek. Appreciate your morning coffee on the back deck or discover the breathtaking vistas of the Bald Head Island creek kayaking or paddle boarding. The Old Baldy lighthouse is a short walk away or walk the 13 miles of beaches, which are just a short cart ride away!
The main living area of the home consists of the living room, dining area and well supplied kitchen. On the next level you have a half bath and an broad master king suite. Upstairs you have two more bedrooms ( a queen bed with a twin daybed/trundle in the first room and king in the third bedroom) and two bathrooms

Get the most from your rental budget:

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months along the coast of NC. Reserve your Southport vacation home in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons to enjoy gorgeous weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities.

  • Ensure you protect the property owner (and your stuff!) by locking the property while you are away, just like you would back home.
  • At departure, complete a final walk-through to confirm you did not leave anything behind. Remember to check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
  • Remember to leave a review! Property managers rely on great feedback to compel more reservations. They'll be grateful for your feedback. Alternatively, if something went wrong, other families will will be grateful for your feedback find their best vacation home. Please be objective.
