Private pool, pond vistas, gardens, and a 10 min. drive to the beach! This home backs up to a nature preserve. Unwind by the pool and tiki bar area watching TV or appreciating music.

The pool heater can reliably generate heat as long as the outside temperatures are above 50 degrees which will generally be from March to November, however in our area it is not unusual for us to have warm days at any time of year. We wont bother you during your stay but are always available. We do have vendors (pool maintenance, landscaping, etc) that may visit during daylight hours. We may need to come on property from time to time as well but would only be popping by outside or the basement storage area.
