SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS (Sleeps up to 8)
• Main Bedroom: Queen bed, newly refreshed private bathroom (shower/tub), and a private balcony facing the Intracoastal Waterway.
• Second Bedroom: Twin-over-Full bunk bed, a trundle, and a twin bed sleeping nook. Features a freshly refreshed bathroom with a shower and a private balcony with a swing.
• Living Room: Full-size sleeper couch and a Roku TV for additional sleeping space and entertainment.

KITCHEN & DINING
• Totally-Stocked Kitchen: Full-size appliances, cookware, dishware, and kid-friendly plates, bowls, cups, and silverware.
• Coffee Bar: Starter coffee grounds, Keurig cups, cream, sugar, and tea included.
