We are a 2-min. walk the Tikki Bar and Sea Grille restaurant. Savor their live bands during the summer, tropical drinks and delicious seafood all year long. We are only a brief distance to the Carolina Beach boardwalk, Britt's Donuts, Frank's Pizza, and all the summer carnival rides and fireworks.

A gorgeous sandy beach is just a few steps away with your own private beach access. If you're an early bird you can savor your coffee on the oceanside outdoor space and watch the sunrise over the Atlantic. With sizable sliding glass doors all across the sea side of the home spanning both the kitchen and living room, you'll have a great view of the waves. The living room has plenty of seating and a huge flat screen Intelligent TV and cable. The kitchen is completely supplied with all you'll need - just bring your food. The dining room seats six and a enormous kitchen island which seats four. The master bedroom has a brand-new queen bed and box spring and a flat screen Intelligent TV. The second bedroom also has a brand-new queen bed and box spring and a Intelligent TV.
The third bedroom has two sets of bunk beds and a sizable bureau.

Downstairs is a separate living area with a living room, kitchenette, bedroom, and full bath. It can be accessed by an internal staircase or from the outdoor. The living room has a generous wall mounted intelligent TV, and a new pull out queen size sleeper couch. The kitchenette has an island, coffee maker, modest refrigerator, and microwave. The bedroom has a queen size bed and the full bath has a stall shower. There are sliders out onto the ground floor patio.

We have a washer and dryer for your appreciation located in the garage. Sol Shine has a one car garage and parking for up to four cars.

Walk directly from your outdoor space to the beach on your own private beach walkway with outdoor shower. We hire only the best cleaners and stock a good supply of household items so you don't have to worry about anything when you arrive. Come to the beach and relax at Sol Shine.
