Also full bath with shower/tub combo. The laundry room with commercial heavy duty, super capacity washer is also on the first floor. The main floor has a striking kitchen & living area ideal for huge family gatherings with granite counters sizable dining table and a gas fireplace to appreciate on chilly winter evenings and a deck overlooking the pool. There is a Queen couch sleeper in the living area. The top floor has ocean vistas from the master deck which also overlooks the pool. The master has a King, walk in closet, cavernous bath with jetted tub and separate shower. Top floor street side is a Queen bedroom with walk in closet and full bath with shower/tub combo. For your viewing enjoyment, the owner has generously supplied Premium cable, featuring HBO, Showtime & Cinemax! There is a nice 4K TV in the living area. Handicap Accessible elevator! Jacks Beach House has it all, and just a short walk to the beach. The home is located close to shopping, eateries and entertaining. And it's Pet Friendly as well as kid friendly, so bring that furry kid, too, if you'd like!
