Filled with comfortable furnishings, this cozy home offers two separate living spaces, and the ideal kids's area on the ground level. The cavernous open-concept living room/dining room/kitchen area is huge enough for the family to gather together for family meals or family game nighttime, all while making sweet memories. *Please note that the fireplace is not for guest usage* The kitchen is well-equipped with everything that you would need for cooking homecooked meals, with bar seating for 5.

Also located on the ground level, you will appreciate a separate living space including a living room with a couch, chair and TV and the kitchenette includes a mini-refrigerator and microwave. You will appreciate the kids's area located on the ground level. There is a separate outdoor entrance to the ground level, with no interconnecting stairway inside.

Your private beach walkway quickly brings you to the pristine sandy shores of Holden Beach. After your day on the beach, wash away the sea and sand in the enclosed outdoor shower, complete with hot & cold water.
