This is the West Side of a humongous oceanfront duplex, each side boasting 2500 square feet of very livable space. 5 bedrooms, 5 baths, two sizable living areas, roomy freshly refreshed kitchen and dining, giant front porch, and an additional huge private pool that is shared only by the two sides of the duplex.

There is an updated entirely supplied kitchen, new kitchen appliances, new washing machine and dryer, new dining table and chairs, new living room furnishings, new LVT floors downstairs. new full and queen beds. The pool has been completely redone - new bottom, new tiles, new surround. There is a second refrigerator in the storage room under the home.

From after Labor day to Memorial day (Sep-May) units require a two nighttime minimum. Labor Day and Memorial day weekends require a three nighttime minimum. OUR WEEKLY BOOKINGS DURING THIS PERIOD RUN SUNDAY TO SUNDAY.

Wake up to the shushing sounds of the sea right outside your window. Walk to the end of the boardwalk, sit in the gazebo, and watch the neon sun break the horizon. Enormous comfortable rooms afford plenty of space for people to gather for fun and fellowship, yet five bedrooms and five baths offer space for privacy as well. Upon arrival, you'll find the beds made with comfortable linens and fluffy towels included. A well-appointed kitchen is supplied with everything needed to prepare delicious meals. A commercial ice maker provides all the ice you'll need. The huge dining table seats ten, and the counter stools add seating for six more. The cavernous living area feels even bigger with nine-foot ceilings. The vistas from the enormous front porch and second-floor deck are gorgeous.

Sunbathe and read, frolic in the tidal pools, body surf or ride the waves on body boards. Walk the beach and collect shells for miles in either direction. Want to check on what fisherman are catching? Drop by the pier which is just a five-min. walk away. Interested in putt-putt, ice-cream, beach stores, eateries, or the coastal museum? They are all within an painless ten-min. walk from this prime island location.

Ready for a dip in fresh water? This home offers one of the biggest pools on the island with comfortable calming chairs surrounding it.

Jump in your car and be off the island in five mins. for grocery shopping at Lowe's or Publix or Food Lion. Pick up fresh seafood and local produce to prepare at the home. Nearby eateries offer amazing and tasty variety on those nights you don't want to prepare.

Feeling the need to hit a little while ball? Numerous quality golf courses are within a fifteen-min. drive. Visit Myrtle Beach or Wilmington, each only 40 mins. away.

Not only does this location provide access to inspiring sunrises, the sunsets are equally impressive. Sky colors are indescribable. As evening arrives, stay outside to drink in the striking sight as sunset gradually gives over to millions of twinkling stars. TVs and puzzles and games provide nighttime time entertainment. (On Friday nights in the summer stroll to the park beside the museum for a complimentary concert featuring live bands and an area for dancing.)
