The home features 7 newly refreshed bedrooms, 5 1/2 baths, an elevator, 2 handicap accessible bathrooms, 2 new Intelligent TV's in living areas and in 2 bedrooms, new seating in the main living space, decks off the oceanfront bedrooms with rockers, a huge ocean-side deck with rockers and a cavernous pool (Pool closed Oct 31st-Apr 1st), with ample decking for friends and family (pool heater with surcharge). This home can accommodate all ages and stages! Conveniences include: infant items -- pack n' play, highchair, gates, Keurig coffee maker, Instant Pot Duo Crisper. A welcome gift awaits your arrival to this charming beachfront home!
