This condo is furnished handsomely with beach style furnishings, comforters and decor. The kitchen has been entirely modernized with new appliances, countertops, cabinets and backsplash. A brand new feature is the drink center with additional space for adult beverages as well as family friendly drinks. The kitchen, dining area, LR and hallway have a handsome fresh coat of relaxing light gray paint. There are TVs (5 total) in all rooms and comfortable deck furnishings. Sleeping 11, it is ideal for families, golfers and couples. Two families or three or four couples without kids will find this the ideal vacation rental.

Our ocean view is unmatched by any other Islander Resort Villa. Within 2-5 mins. you are on the wide, flat beach, tennis/pickle ball/basketball courts or at the beach club with its oceanside pool, hot tub, kiddie pool, tiki bar and outdoor restaurant. Also on the island are mini golf, Community Center with daily kids's activities, kids's park, a coastal museum, wave runner units, arcades, summer outdoor movies and concerts each week at the park, beach stores and multiple eateries.

Located in Ocean Isle Beach, this condo is near the beach. While the natural beauty of Ocean Isle Beach and Holden Beach can be enjoyed by anyone, those looking for an activity can check out Cherry Grove Pier.
