Our comfortable condo offers 2 bedrooms/ 2 baths and has everything you will need for a ideal vacation hideaway.

Just steps to the beach through your own private walkway. The Pelicans Perch is located a fast 10 min. walk to the boardwalk/ Britt's Donuts!

Master bedroom: 1 queen bed

• One pet max. ($125 non-returnable pet fee for one dog)

• Crate trained/crated when you are not with them
• House trained
• Please no family pets on the furnishings
• Dogs must not bark when left unattended. This is a condo building, with 11 other condos in the building. We would like to be respectful of our neighbors. If your dog barks when left alone or when crated then this condo is not a good fit.
