Welcome to Coastal Marsh!

This freshly refreshed 6 bedroom beach front property is located within a private gated neighborhood, where you can expect peaceful and uncrowded beaches even during holiday weekends. With a private walkway to the beach, heated swimming pool, hot tub, fire pit, putting green and plenty of outdoor dining options, you won't need to leave the property. However just a short drive up the island takes you to the local eateries and stores.

The Property!

SONOS Sound system through out home, porches and pool! Handicap accessible with elevator to all floors.

The main level is an open plan kitchen, living and dining room overlooking the heated swimming pool and ocean. Recently modernized in 2020 gives you all new appliances and furnishings. The main porch is located directly off the living room, which also leads down to the swimming pool, fire pit and private beach access (kid gates are located on the porch, swimming pool and beach entrances). Two guest bedrooms are located on this floor, each with full ensuites, intelligent TVs and king beds.

The upper level is where the master bedroom and other guest rooms are located. The master bedroom has a king bed, enormous bathroom with walk in shower, and seating area over looking the pool. On this level are two more king guest bedrooms and one kids's room with bunk buds. All bedrooms have ensuites and intelligent TVs.

The porches on the upper level both have spectacular vistas. The back porch over looks the ocean, with plenty of seating and a twin sized bed swing. The front porch is ideal to watch the sun set over looking the marsh.

When to book & When to go:

  • In the Southport area, The sooner your group can book, the better your selection will be. The best rental properties are reserved very early. Reserving your vacation home up to 12 months before your vacation dates is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental.
  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in the Southport area. Reserving a rental home in the Fall or Spring is a good way to save money on your vacation home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of suitable homes. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective vacation rental company or host if your group qualifies for a special rate.
  • Property management companies usually offer customers an option to add trip insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or extra gas expenses.   • Just before checking out, complete a final walk-through to confirm you did not leave anything behind. Check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
