The kitchen is bright and cheerful, with updated appliances, Keurig and standard drip coffee makers, along with everything you would need for creating gourmet meals at home. "On Holden Pond" is decorated with pretty inspirations of the sea!

Bedroom #3 is located on the 2nd floor, complete with a Queen bed, TV, full bath with tub/shower combo shared with Bedroom #4, and has a street side view. Bedroom #4 is located on the 2nd floor, complete with 1 Twin bed and Twin / Full Bunk Bed, TV, full bath with tub/shower combo shared with Bedroom #3, and has a semi-ocean view. NEW addition for 2025 features 2 new twin beds upstairs! You will appreciate the laundry closet located outside of the 1st floor bedroom.

You will have your toes in the sand in just a matter of mins. using your private beach boardwalk, while appreciating the sights and sounds of the close by ocean!
