Home was entirely remodeled in 2021!!!! Home has top of the line kitchen, dining, great room/family room with open concept design. Dining table seats 8 comfortably and 4 can eat at enormous kitchen island. Front porch has phenomenal vistas of ocean and enough seating for whole family to sit outside and appreciate! Beach access is directly across the street from the property for painless beach days spent appreciating the waves and salty air. Community pool is directly behind home for fast, simple access to swim. Home has tons of outdoor space to spread out and savor the summer breeze. There is also a nice outdoor shower to enjoy after your day on the beach. Outdoor gas grille, seating area with TV, and dining table located under the home.

Brand new kitchen complete with cabinets, quartz countertops, and all new stainless appliances. New floor, new windows, new woodwork, new shiplap....there is no surface that has not been touched in this home.
Two master bedrooms on main floor, both with King size beds. These two rooms both connect to a bathroom that has been upfitted. Stairway to the upstairs area overlooks the Family/great room space for an open and airy feel. There are two additional bedrooms upstairs complete with queen size bed and twin bunkbeds in each bedroom. Both of these bedrooms have private bathrooms that have also been upfitted.

About the Area

Located in Ocean Isle Beach, this vacation home is near the beach. While the natural beauty of Ocean Isle Beach and Holden Beach can be enjoyed by anyone, those looking for an activity can check out Cherry Grove Pier.
Museum of Coastal Carolina and Ingram Planetarium are also worth visiting. Discover the area's water adventures with fishing and swimming nearby, or enjoy the great outdoors with cycling.

Finding your perfect rental:

  • The sooner your group can book, the easier your search will be. The best rental properties are reserved very early. Reserving your rental six to twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to plan and book your vacation rental.

  • Management companies and individual rental owners usually offer renters an option to purchase trip insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed days as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for additional information.

  • Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like disrespectful visitors disrupting your home life. Apply the golden rule for best judgement. Happy residents may even recommend great restaurants and places you would've not otherwise known about!
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Locals can frequently help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to find the fresh catch of the day, have a great night out, or the best spots for BBQ?
  • Don't leave anything behind! Before departing, take a walk through the rental property to reconfirm you've collected all personal belongings. Remember to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Go through the property one final time and scan for damage. We suggest walking through with the property manager whenever you can. If the host isn't available, take photos and video of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • Leave a review! Hosts rely on excellent reviews to compel more bookings. They'll be thankful for your review. Alternatively, if something wasn't as described, other families will appreciate that you share your experience and help them have the best future vacation. Be fair with your review. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the host had any control over the issue, and if so, whether they responded reasonably to remedy it.
