Finest of all, there is direct access to a private covered porch that offers ocean vistas! There is also a partially covered porch below with access from the ground floor or living room and plenty of room for the whole group! The back deck overlooks the completely fenced, grassy backyard where little ones can play safely. When the time comes to hit the sand, you have the choice of two public beach accesses within 1000 feet of your doorstep. Set up by the pier via the 16th Place East beach path for convenient access to dining options and refreshments, or venture further east to the 19th Place East access if you prefer to set up further from the pier. Or turn away from the sea to meander along the 19th Place East spectacular walkway over Davis Canal, which offers marvelous wildlife viewing opportunities and a beautiful gazebo.
