All guests must sign an Affordable Substantial Properties rental agreement and also submit a copy of their Drivers License to Affordable Sizable Properties. Affordable Generous Properties will cancel the reservation if you are under the age of 25 and or a local.

All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking Fee

Cancel 60+ days before arrival: Deposit is returnable minus cancellation costs

Cancel less than 60 days: No refund unless re-rented; cancellation costs still apply

Cancel less than 30 days: No refunds
