This deep water canal with dock and ladder is ideal for boating, fishing, crabbing, or just hanging out by the water! Great lot with fence and room for yard games and play area. Generous deck ideal for entertaining and upper deck (Widow's Peak) for catching the late evening sunset. Home has been newly refreshed to include: new kitchen cabinets with stainless steel appliances, solid surface counters, and tile backsplash. Bathroom renovations include: new tub/showers, new toilets and new vanities. Bedrooms are cavernous with all new linens including sheets and pillows. Master bath has a humongous tiled shower with glass surround and dual vanities. This beach home is just .3 miles to public beach access with golf cart and car parking; and a fast bicycle ride to the center of Ocean Isle Beach where you will find multiple eateries, stores, mini-golf, ice cream, and Ocean Isle's fishing pier! This rental includes linens, bath towels, basic toiletries, kitchenware, coffee pot, washer/dryer, TV, wireless internet, and much much more! Tenants will have access to private storage room for personal beach supplies as well as outdoor shower. We welcome you to share our home and create family beach memories that will last a lifetime!

  • Don't forget to... Ask a local! Neighbors can typically point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to see a beautiful sunrise or sunset, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for shopping?
  • On check-out day, take a walk-through to make sure you have not forget any personal items. Remember to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Go through the property a final time and keep an eye out for damages to contents or the property itself. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever possible. If the manager isn't available, take photos and video of the rental to record its condition.
  • Did your group have a wonderful time? Many rental websites make it easy for customers to provide comments. If your rental and/or property manager was great, they always love to hear your praise. If anything was inoperable and they failed to fix it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your review.
