Recently modernized with LVP floor throughout and gorgeous new kitchen countertops, this cozy third (top) floor condo will beckon you home after a calming day on the beach or fishing from the pier. There's a King bed in the primary bedroom, and a Queen sleeper soda in the living area. Maybe best of all, this little gem has a bath and a half! We've even included a Twin roll away just in case you need sleeping for 5. The kitchen is well equipped for the meals you make at home, but don't miss out on some of the local flavors while you are here. If you don't get some Britt's donuts, you'll regret it later.

Bring your 4x4 and drive out onto Freeman Park to experience the beach as few are able. The dogs will adore to frolic and play, and the kiddos are sure to enjoy the pools. The Sun Skipper condominium building is located on the North End of Carolina Beach, near the Carolina Beach Fishing Pier and Freeman Park - where you can drive on the beach! The complex sports two swimming pools and beach access is just steps away.

*Please keep in mind that if you are renting a property with a pool during the off-season, it may not be open or available. Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events.
