Roomy beach home on stilts that offers 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths ( outdoor shower) just mins. from the Carolina Beach downtown and boardwalk. Ample parking space in driveway and under home and massive deck space for calming. The home is located 1 block from Spartanburg Beach access, only requiring a short walk over the dunes to the beach! Tons of deck space on 2nd and 3rd floor. Covered parking under home. USB power outlets for device charging. Cavernous floor plan. Outdoor shower (heated water). BBQ. Beach chairs (4) and umbrella (1) supplied. Guests will be renting half of the Duplex Beach home. Access will only be granted to the reserved half of the duplex. All guests are reminded to be mindful and respectful of other guests in separate units on the property. Quiet hours are 10pm-8am. Owners will be living on property while running their dive charter business during the summer months.No smoking of any kind on the property! If there is evidence found you will be charged $150 out of your deposit for additional cleaning and disrespect of House Rules. Please utilize the outdoor shower to keep the sand to a minimum inside.
