Located in the heart of Carolina Beach and right across from the beach access, Sea Drift's modest and laid-back community is the ideal destination for your next vacation. It's painless livin' at Carolina Breezin, where it is so simple to run back and forth to the beach across the street as much as you want. When you need a break from the sand, walk only three blocks north to tons of shopping, dining, and entertainment on the famed Carolina Beach Boardwalk. Our condo has been newly refreshed over the winter with new Luxury Vinyl Plank floor, fresh paint, and curtains. You'll be able to relax in our friendly vacation home and make memories for years to come!

Half a block from Hamlet Beach Access,  Covered Parking for Two Vehicles. A third car can fit in the side lot.

Parking: 2 assigned parking spots below the unit. A third car can park in the side lot.



Linens - Sheets and Towels will be wrapped in sealed packages and laying on the end of the beds. 



Rental Policies:

In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.



Things to bring:

Paper towels and toilet paper, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies, and beach towels.



Arrival/Departure:

Summer Check-ins (June-August) begin at 4 pm and are guaranteed by 6 pm

Check-out is by 10 am. 

We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.

Cancellation Policy:

We want to make sure you’re aware of our cancellation policy. If you cancel when your arrival date is more than 60 days away, you will receive a full refund.  If you cancel when your arrival date is less than 60 days away, you will forfeit your deposit.

The Neighborhood:

Exploring the North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher, home to marvelous coastal wildlife, or take the spectacular car ferry across the Cape Fear River for a calming visit to the appealing town of Southport where cozy streets are filled with unique antique stores and galleries. History lovers can walk the breathtaking, live‑oak‑lined trails of the Fort Fisher State Historic Site, where Civil War bunkers still stand. Nature enthusiasts will adore the island’s two state‑managed coastal preserves: Carolina Beach State Park, home to rare Venus flytraps found naturally only in this region, and the Fort Fisher State Recreation Area, known for pristine beaches, marshes, and wildlife viewing. Both offer charming opportunities for hiking, paddling, fishing, and spotting pelicans or even nesting loggerhead sea turtles.

Getting Around:

Getting around Pleasure Island is a breeze! While parking can be limited in peak season, especially in trendy spots, paid private or public parking is available. We recommend exploring Carolina Beach and Kure Beach on foot or by bicycle – they're super walkable and bicycle-friendly. You'll find safe pedestrian and bicycle routes, including the Island Greenway. Renting a golf cart or bicycle is simple, too, with numerous local rental companies. Golf carts are one of the easiest ways to cruise around the island. Units are simple to arrange, and once you're behind the wheel, you can zip along any road posted 35 mph or under.
