Come visit and appreciate life among the life oaks and capture the tranquility and serenity that makes BHI has so special. After a day on the beach and in the sun, you will be happy to embrace the coolness and calmness of this golf course home and relax on one of three porches, all overlooking the 4th Fairway.

As you walk into the home, you will be greeted by the open great room surrounded by windows with sunlight streaming in. The XL living room features new comfortable furnishings, and the entirely outfitted gourmet kitchen will allow the chef in your family to prepare up memorable meals. The dining area seats 10 and is ideal for special meals and entertaining. All this leads to the private back porch to off the main living area is ideal for total relaxation, grilling, dining al fresco, beverages, and company.

There is plenty of room for extended family and friends in the three refreshed bedrooms and three full baths set in these relaxing surroundings ideal for a good nighttime's sleep. The home features two master suites, one on the first floor with a queen bed and en- suite bath and screen porch. This suite also has the ideal home office setup for those who want to work remotely.

The second floor has another master with a king bed, new private bath, and which opens to the upper porch bed for early morning coffee or nighttime star gazing. The third bedroom has one bunk beds with double bed and one twin and another twin bed top ideal for families with kids. This bedroom also has its own new bath. The home provides privacy and comfort as each bedroom has new plush beds and Intelligent TV’s.

The home is well supplied for you to savor a comfortable beach vacation. There is a completely supplied kitchen including dinner plates/etc. service for 12, varying sizes of pots, pans and cookware, serving bowls and platters, glassware (including wine and drink). There is both a regular drip coffee maker as well as a Keurig, blender, toaster and microwave. We also provide you with a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, laundry pods, bar soap, shampoo, dish and hand soap. You will find a hairdryer, toys, highchair, a “pac ‘n play”, books, puzzles, games, broom, vacuum, and first aid kit.

Living Room - 55" Samsung SmartTV with streaming devices (Netflix, Hulu, Pandora, etc.), plus TV's in each bedroom all with streaming devices, two 4 person golf carts, outdoor shower, new Weber grille, beach chairs, beach towels, and beach umbrella.

The island has many activities to keep the adventure going. Aside from the gorgeous beaches, there are lighthouse tours at "Old Baldy", kids camp opportunities through the BHI Conservancy, the BHI Club (only available if temporary membership is purchased), Riverside Adventure Company ) where you can rent bicycles and beach equipment. There are also many ongoing family fun activities. Coastal Urge ) provides units of surfboards, skim boards, body boards and paddle boards.

There are two four-seat golf carts for you to discover all that BHI has to offer. The beaches are a short bicycle ride away or less than 5 mins. away by golf cart.
