This cavernous 5-bedroom, 3.5-bath home is ideal for families, friends, and family pets. Located just a short walk from beach access, it features a community pool open daily from 9 AM to dusk, April 1st through October 31st.

We appreciate cooking and bringing everybody together, so we’ve outfitted the kitchen with everything you need—from a crock pot and toaster to a Keurig, Nespresso, and a traditional coffee maker. (Please note: coffee and filters aren’t guaranteed, but guests often leave extras.) You’ll also find sharp knives, cutting boards, mixing bowls, and plenty of dinnerware to make cooking and serving painless.

Families will also appreciate the many kid-friendly amenities including a pack-n-play, infant bath seat, infant-to-toddler booster, indoor toys, puzzles for all ages, and tons of beach toys. For outdoor fun, savor bocce, shuffleboard, ping pong, corn hole, and more!

For those working remotely, the master bedroom includes a modest, portable desk and chair setup, offering a comfortable space for emails or virtual meetings.

Grille Info: The home includes a charcoal grille, similar to those found in public parks. It's pictured in the listing to help set expectations. Grilling silverware are available in the storage area, and while guests occasionally leave behind charcoal, we do not supply it. As with all outdoor items, we ask guests to leave the grille clean for the next guest.

Linen and Towel Policy: Pillows and clean quilts/comforters are supplied for all beds for every reservation.

Reservations booked on or after 1/6/26 include towels and linens in the total fee. If you prefer to opt out of having towels and linens supplied, please reach out for a personalized cleaning quote.

Reservations booked prior to 1/6/26 do not include towels and linens by default. If you would like to add linens and towels to your stay, please reach out for a personalized quote. We ask for at least one week’s notice and request that you share the number of guests and which beds will be used, so we can tailor the quote accordingly. Guests are also welcome to bring their own towels and linens to save on costs.
