This unit is all about getting back to the basics and really spending quality time with family without the constant pull of technology.

This second-floor condo located in a privately owned tri-plex features a sizable deck overlooking the sand and is only steps from the beach. Although there is a basic cable supplied, the TV and internet services are purposely limited to help guests leave behind the anxiety that comes with constantly being plugged into society. This traditional style bungalow has wood floors and comfortable décor without all the frills and clutter so you and your family can get back to the basics.

The enormous ocean front deck is great for calming or outdoor dining as it has a full-sized picnic table, rocking chairs, and the constant melody of the waves crashing in the background. The location itself is peaceful yet only a few blocks from eateries and coffee stores, you will be able to relax with friends and family or take a short walk to the center of town.

While this is an older home the kitchen and furnishings are cozy, functional, and the open concept living area makes for a magnificent gathering space that has helped families reconnect and make lifelong memories for generations. The huge indoor dining area is ideal for board games, puzzles, or just kicking back while waiting for a home cooked meal and appreciating the ocean view. With three bedrooms, two baths, and plenty of outdoor space, this condo is ideal for modest families looking for a traditional ocean front beach vacation while also being simple on the wallet.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund.  All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-returnable cancellation costs and travel insurance (if applicable).
