Welcome to your home away from home! Ocean Isle Beach has so much to offer. Become a local by visiting all the family-owned eateries and bars on and off the island. Join in with kayaking, fishing, and close by golf courses. Ocean Isle Beach offers plenty of activities for kids of all ages. Our favorites are the Museum of Coastal Carolina and the Town Center Park’s splash pad! "Sum Good Son," is within close proximity to multiple nature trails for you to appreciate at your leisure. This property has marsh vistas on the street side and ocean vistas from the pool side balconies... the best of both worlds! Finest of all, you are only a 3-min. walk away to the nearest beach access!

PROPERTY DETAILS
This property is very roomy comes completely supplied with all the amenities you will need to have a comforting and calming vacation. Conveniences begin with parking for up to 8 cars. There is a huge private pool (pool heating option available for an additional cost, please see "Important Information" for more details), tiki-bar and outdoor shower. Intelligent TVs are located in every bedroom and in the main living areas on both floors. There are enormous decks with charming vistas located throughout the property. The 1st floor den includes toys, games and a wet bar for your family to gather and savor. The 2nd floor hosts the main living area, kitchen, pantry and it includes a screened in porch and fast access to the pool. The kitchen is outfitted well for sizable families and includes two dishwashers for your convenience.
To make your stay with us feel a little more like home, this property includes a propane gas grille. Additionally, this home comes with six (6) beach chairs for you and your event to utilize at your leisure. The elevator goes to all floors. An EV charger is also available for use.
All Stellar Beach units include bed and bath linens for all stays. This home has keyless entry to make the check in and check out process effortless!
One four-seater street legal golf cart will be supplied for all stays checking in on May 18th, and checking out on September 7th 2024.

First Floor:
Room 1: King with private bath.
Room 2: (2) Sets of Twin Bunk Beds with full bath in hallway.
Room 3: Queen with private bath.
Room 4: Queen with private bath.
Second Floor:
Room 5: King with private bath.
Room 6: Queen with bath that connects to hallway. (This bath can be made private by locking interior hallway door).

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Pool heating is an additional $100 per nighttime with a 3 nighttime minimum. If you would like pool heating please let us know at the time of booking or at least 30 days prior to your stay. *Please note* pool heating is only available between October 1st - May 15th.
Fire pits and deep fryers are not allowed for use at this property due to the safety hazards they pose.
Animals are not allowed at this property.
Pre-approval is required for events under age 30.
Smoking is not allowed at any Stellar Beach Property inside or outside. if caught smoking on the premises you will incur a fee.

CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel any reservation and receive a full refund of all amounts paid if you notify Stellar Beach in writing (by e-mail or letter) of your intention to cancel the reservation at least ninety (90) days prior to the check-in date. In the event that you cancel your reservation within ninety (90) days of your check-in date, for any or no reason, (including the failure to pay the final payment due 90 days before the stay), including inclement weather, you shall not be eligible for a refund of any payments made to Stellar Beach.

We offer Standard Trip Insurance which covers you 100% of Trip Cost up to $100,000 if your cancellation reasons fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons. The cost of Standard Trip Insurance is 7% of the total booking price. Standard Trip Insurance can be purchased up to 30 days before your stay.
We offer Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) Trip Insurance which covers you 100% of Trip Cost up to $100,000 if your cancellation reasons fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons (listed above) and 60% reimbursement if your cancellation reason does not fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons. The cost of CFAR Trip Insurance is 10.8% of the total booking price. CFAR Trip Insurance can only be purchased in the period of two weeks after your booking has been made and only if check-in is more than 30 days out.

When to go & When to book:

  • In the Southport area, The sooner you can reserve a vacation home, the easier your search will be. The best properties are reserved very early. Booking your rental home six to twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental home.
  • June, July, and August are high season in the Southport area. To find the most suitable vacation home for your budget, we highly recommend booking in the Fall or Spring.
