Unwind poolside while listening to the sound of the waves or discover the island! Walking distance to the beach, boardwalk, shopping, dining, and so much more... this is the condo you've been looking for!

The open floor plan invites you to take in the ocean vistas from the kitchen, living, and dining areas. An refreshed kitchen includes all the necessities of home, and the huge countertop bar provides seating for 4. The sizable couch in the living area has space for your group to gather after a fun filled day in the sand and the sun, and the oceanfront dining table provides seating for 6 so you can savor ocean vistas while dining together. A enormous, oceanfront deck is off the living and dining area and offers the ideal spot to take in a sunrise or watch the dolphins swim by.

Surf' inn has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, all on the same level. The oceanfront master bedroom includes a king bed, ocean vistas, private full bathroom, intelligent tv, and direct access to the oceanfront deck. The Queen bedroom includes a private 1/2 bath and a intelligent tv. The third bedroom offers a Full sized bed and a Twin bed, plus intelligent TV. A full bathroom and laundry closet with a washer and dryer are off the hallway.

Family friendly activities are hosted on the boardwalk and at the lake all summer long including fireworks, complimentary movies at the lake, concerts, festivals, and more making this the ideal spot for your next vacation.

Parking Instructions:
Parking pass required, 2 complimentary parking spots supplied for guest use. No additional parking passes can be supplied due to strict HOA rules and regulations. Any additional cars must park in paid public parking.

**PROVIDED: WIFI, entirely outfitted kitchen, paper goods and ALL linens, including all linens + bath + beach towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately ($200-300+ value)! When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. Beach chairs, cooler, and a beach cart are also available for guest use.

Sea Scape requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement on file that will be emailed to you after booking. Once you've booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay. Sea Scape reserves the right to cancel your booking if the rental agreement is not finished within 48hrs.
