The space:
Welcome to the Terrace Suite at Casa Verde — a gorgeously designed second-floor getaway inside our historic triplex in downtown Wilmington. This private suite offers the ideal blend of charm, comfort, and modern convenience, ideal for couples, friends, or modest groups looking to experience the area in style.

The suite features two cavernous bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, providing privacy and comfort for up to four guests. You’ll also appreciate a entirely supplied kitchen with everything needed for cooking and dining, along with thoughtful amenities to make your stay effortless.

One of the highlights of the space is the enormous private patio — ideal for morning coffee, calming after a day exploring downtown/close by beaches, or simply enjoying an evening under the lights.

Guests will also enjoy high-speed WiFi, blackout curtains for restful sleep, two intelligent TVs located throughout the unit, and a washer and dryer for added convenience.

If you’re traveling with a bigger group, you have the option to rent two suites within Casa Verde together, creating the ultimate group experience with four bedrooms and four bathrooms.

Guest access:
Guests staying in the Terrace Suite will enjoy full access to their private second-floor unit and balcony.

Please note:
The entrance to the home is shared between the Terrace Suite and the Garden Suite downstairs. However, both units are completely separate and have their own keyless entry locks, ensuring full privacy for each unit.

Please note:
There is a separate third unit located behind the home that may be rented during your stay. That unit has its own private entrance and is completely separate from the interior of Casa Verde. The front yard and sidewalk are shared spaces, as they provide access to both the main home and the rear unit.

Other things to note:
We want your stay to feel comfortable, convenient, and anxiety-complimentary from the moment you arrive. The home includes 2 parking passes for guest use throughout your stay.

You’ll find two fully equipped kitchens outfitted with essentials for cooking, dining, and entertaining. Each guest is supplied with a full set of fresh towels, and bathrooms are supplied with three rolls of toilet paper. Each kitchen includes two rolls of paper towels for your convenience.

We provide premium shampoo, conditioner, and body wash to elevate your experience, along with complimentary snacks to help you settle in. Laundry detergent and dish detergent are also supplied.

For families traveling with little ones, we have a Pack ’n Play available upon request.
