Windows and decks allow you to overlook the courtyard with an outdoor dining table, yard with fire pit, grille, games and hammock. Stroll down to the dock to appreciate your morning coffee and watch the herons and cranes. Bring your paddle board or canoe for a paddle!
2 bedrooms each with their own full bath, the master has a opulent bathroom and sizable shower where you can see the trees. The second smaller suite has a smaller European full bathroom. Each room has its own temperature control.
Beach chairs, umbrella and towels are yours to use. The kitchen is supplied to be able to prepare your meals and also we have an out door grille for your use.

About the Area
Located in Wilmington, this vacation home is on the waterfront. Bellamy Mansion Museum and Burgwin-Wright House are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include New Hanover County Arboretum and Aussie Island Surf Shop.
