The inverted floor plan places the cavernous living area on the upper level, where unobstructed ocean vistas create the ideal setting for gathering with family and friends. The gourmet kitchen is well equipped for vacation cooking, and the home features multiple TVs, Wi-Fi, and two separate sitting areas for added space and flexibility. Two master suites, each with a private bath, provide comfort and privacy for guests, while the elevator offers convenient access to all floors.
Outdoor features include a screened porch and a new three-burner gas grille, ideal for simple outdoor meals. Guests also appreciate access to an oceanfront pool and cabana, as well as the Intracoastal Waterway marina, all located just a short walk away within the Winding River Community on the island.
Private beach access is conveniently located directly across the street at 162 OBE.
Bed linens (beds in bedrooms only) are included for weekly units only. Towels are not supplied but may be rented through Coastal Vacation Resorts.
