The Neighborhood:

The Breakers is a sweet little community on the North End of Carolina Beach Island.



Other Things to Note:

This is a pet-complimentary home, violation of this policy will result in a $450 fine and possible eviction.



Guests must be at least 25 years of age or older to reserve the property. Guests are required to fill out Seahaven Properties Vacation Rental Agreement and upload a valid ID prior to check in instructions being released. There is a parking guest pass for a second car if needed, if the pass is lost a $100 fee will be applied.
