Ready for some Peace and Quiet? Come and stay in this cavernous oceanfront home (4K, 2Q, 2F, 4T) with a private oceanside heatable saltwater swimming pool and hot tub! The covered porch and open decks offer marvelous vistas. Private boardwalk to the beach. New for 2024, a modernized kitchen with new appliances, 2 fridges, and a whole new look! Check back for photos as this is an ongoing project.

This six-bedroom, six-bath Hobbs Intelligent Home features a marvelous open floor plan, high-speed WIFI, and expanded HD cable services. This pretty home offers new LVP floors throughout all the bedrooms. Outside, you will find new decking and railings all around the home and at the pool including a newly expanded additional-sizable pool and sun deck. There is a enormous gas grille.

The home provides a three-floor residential passenger elevator to make loading and unloading a breeze! No need to tote groceries and bags up the stairs. Please read and follow all posted rules. Please note that the elevator size will not accommodate a wheelchair.

This pool may be heated from September - May for an additional $500 fee per week. Please note that under optimal conditions, the pool can be heated 10 degrees above the outside temperature/max. of 87°F. Please call our office for more details as for optimal use, this service should be scheduled in advance.

All bathrooms include two rolls of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, bar soap, massage body bar, and bath salts. Your beds are made with fresh linens and a lightweight blanket, so you can jump right into making memories rather than making beds! While we provide a lightweight blanket, we urge you to bring additional layers for your comfort. Please note that while top bunk beds, trundles, sleeper couches, futons, and daybeds will not be made, we will provide fresh linens for them.

This owner also provides bath & beach towel sets (one bath towel, one beach towel, one hand towel, and one washcloth) per occupancy for your convenience.

All dogs deserve their day at the beach! This owner invites you to bring your canine family member along, up to 65 pounds. Your first doggie stays for complimentary, and your second dog requires $500 per week in Doggie Dues.

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in the Southport area. To get the best rental home for your budget, we highly recommend reserving in Fall or Spring months. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of giant crowds at your favorite Southport restaurants and activities. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Southport vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
