We've had great success and all 5 star reviews with Sunset Seaclusion, our 3 bed unit, and are so excited to now offer a smaller option for folks still looking for superb quality, exceptional cleanliness but in a 1 bedroom. We are Premier Hosts on the 3 bed unit. This property is a 1 bed, 1.5 bath condo that's ideal if you're looking to escape to the beach. The deck is ideal for appreciating the coastal breeze. There are 2 pools (1 outdoor, 1 indoor), hottub and a modest gym located an simple 2 min. walk from the front door. This is a 2nd floor unit with staircase but no elevator access.
We are located directly across the street from the intercoastal and 3 miles to toes in the sand! Calabash, the Seafood Capital of the World, is only 2.5 miles away with spectacular eateries and shopping including Callahan's which is a shopping experience that you certainly don't want to miss! North Myrtle Beach is a 20 min. drive with tons of eateries and shopping all along the way. Barefoot Landing is about 30 mins. and Broadway At the Beach is about 40 mins.. Both of these destinations provide multiple eating options and tons of shopping and strolling. Downtown Wilmington is worth the drive of about 1 hour away. Southport, NC is about 50 mins. away and it's the ideal quant destination for a nice day of strolling a historical area.

Interior shutters in both the family room and bedroom allow for tons of natural light but also the option to entirely close off for privacy.
About the Area
Located in Sunset Beach, this condo is next to a golf course and near the beach. The area's natural beauty can be seen at North Myrtle Beach Beaches and Holden Beach. Ingram Planetarium and Museum of Coastal Carolina are also worth visiting. Jet skiing, kayaking, and motor boating offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling nearby.
