About the Area

Located near the beach, this condo is in Sea Trail, a neighborhood in Sunset Beach. While the natural beauty of Ocean Isle Beach and Holden Beach can be enjoyed by anyone, those looking for an activity can check out Cherry Grove Pier.
Ingram Planetarium and Museum of Coastal Carolina are also worth visiting.

When to visit Sunset Beach & When to book:

  • In the Southport area, The sooner you can reserve a home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable vacation homes are booked early. Reserving your rental up to twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and book your rental home.
  • Summertime is high season in the Southport area. To get the best value, change your group's trip dates to the Spring or Fall shoulder seasons. May, September, and October offer great weather, , and greatly reduced traffic.
  • Some hosts and property managers offer discounts or promotional rates for veterans and active duty military. Ask your property manager if special discounts are available for your family.
