We now have a garage close to the ocean access where you can pick up your beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys and body boards and put them on one of our beach carts so you can walk hands complimentary to the beach access at Sandfiddler Lane.
When your day at the beach is done, you return your things to the garage and return to your condo to enjoy the rest of the day without having to lug equipment up and down stairs.

This condo has a keyless entry for your convenience. We include for you complimentary linens, towels, beach towels, a beach blanket, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a cooler, body boards, beach toys, a beach cart, paper towels and toilet paper storage bags, garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, washing machine detergent, aluminum foil, spices, and oils. Additionally, shampoo and conditioner and ofcourse sunscreen. This condominium has many upgrades and new furnishings, including secure sliding glass doors. One bedroom, one and a half bath, a roomy deck, a teak wood dining table, and chairs to relax on the patio.  Please note that the Sea Oats access has been temporarily closed. You must use the next access south of the condo, a few condos down. Late afternoon, enjoy the pool and watch the sunset. Wi-Fi is supplied. And when we say ALL-INCLUSIVE, we mean it. Near By the City of Wilmington: Historic downtown Wilmington hosts cobblestone streets and a walkway along the Cape Fear River, complete with eateries, bars, shopping, horse-driven carriages, tour boats, coffee stores, tea rooms, entertainment, the theatre, thalian hall productions, and host to many movies made in Wilmington.  There is also a movie studio that gives tours out by the airport.  Wilmington also hosts Sun Down Celebrations, a convention center, and the legendary Azalea Festival.

Day Trips: Myrtle Beach is our neighbor to the south, about a 1.5-hour drive.
Casino Boats is our neighbor in Little River, SC, about a 1.5-hour drive.
Sun Coast Winery - about a 1-hour drive.
