As you enter this home from the elevator, you’ll notice the beautiful décor that is on the first floor. This level offers a pool, two king bedrooms and another bedroom that has a queen with a single-over-single bunkbed. One King bedroom has a private attached bath and t other has a Jack and Jill bathroom that is shared with the bunk room. While venturing throughout the home, you’ll notice the handsomely designed common area. Equipped with a sink, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher, this area takes you straight to the private pool included for you. This area also consists of a couch and mounted T.V. for your favorite shows. Appreciate moments here with family and friends as you laugh and make memories.

Skip the elevator and head up the stairs to the second floor where there are two bedrooms, each with a king bed and attached bathroom, the laundry room, as well as the second common area. This particular common area is supplied with a TV and a mini refrigerator. Congregate in this room and relax knowing all your essentials are right by your side.

Traveling to the third floor sits the roomy kitchen, dining area, living room and half bathroom. The kitchen has enough space for you and your crew to show off your chef skills. Guests should note that an additional pool heating fee is required for each day a guest requests pool heating. Guest must request the pool heating and pay the fee by calling the OIA office during normal business hours at least 24 hours prior to arrival. Pool heating is only available when temperatures are 55 degrees Farhenheit and warmer.
