Great 3 Bedroom Villa within walking distance to the BHI Club and Beach
The villas are homes located in the South Beach setting near the Bald Head Island Club and across the street from a public beach access. Our villa is located at a photogenic, interesting and relatively secluded point where two lagoons converge. The area teems with wildlife, including turtles, many species of coastal birds and often an alligator or two. The eighteenth fairway of the golf course is in the distance on the left.

Getting the most from your budget:

  • Protect the property owner (and your things!) by keeping the rental locked up while you are gone, just like you would back home.
  • Document any issues with the property at check in, and immediately contact the host. We specifically recommend e-mails and text messages, as they usually contain time stamps that can be helpful if there is a dispute.
  • Be respectful of your neighbors. Frequently, surrounding homes are filled by local residents. Respecting quiet hours and parking regulations can make a stay significantly more pleasurable.
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Neighbors can usually help. Who better to ask where to find the best seashells, have a great night out, or the best spots for fine dining?
  • Don't leave anything behind! Before departing, walk through the rental to reconfirm you've collected everything. Check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Go through the rental one final time and look for damage. We advise inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager isn't available, take pictures of the property to record its condition.
  • Leave feedback! Property managers rely on good feedback to drive new reservations. They'll be thankful for your review. Alternatively, if something went wrong, other vacationing families will be thankful you shared your feedback find their best vacation home. Please be objective. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the property manager had any control over the issue, and if so, whether they responded reasonably to fix it.
