“Happy Ours” is just steps away from South Beach and has striking ocean vistas and sunsets! The home has been completely refreshed and professionally decorated. The main living area has a well-supplied, gourmet kitchen with a dining area leading into a phenomenal screen porch with a 2nd outdoor dining area. The main living area is adjoined by a separate bar area with constructed in wine cooler. Adjacent to the bar is a comfortable den with a pull-out couch for additional sleeping.
This floor also has a queen master suite, another full bath, and a cavernous laundry/mudroom with tons of space! The laundry area has access to a back porch with a constructed-in grilling station.
The 2nd master queen suite is upstairs with a enormous master bath including a garden tub and double sinks. Just around the corner is a half bath and another bedroom with 2 constructed in twin beds for the kiddos!

Bald Head Island Lighthouse and Old Brunswick County Jail Museum are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Kent Mitchell Nature Trail and The Clubs at St. James. Getting the best rental home value:

  • Reserve your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually open 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families reserve their Summer rentals during Winter holiday get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • To book the most suitable rental home within budget, we strongly suggest reserving in Fall or Spring months. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, greater selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at Southport restaurants, beaches, and activities. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during June, July, and August.
  • Hosts and Property managers sometimes offer special rates for veterans. Remember to ask your host or property manager if special offers are available for your family.
