- All bedrooms are located on the top floor so your early risers won’t bother those sleeping in.

- Pet friendly for friendly family pets! Please message us for pet approval PRIOR to booking. Non-returnable pet fee of $175 applies. Family Animals MUST be added to your reservation during the booking process to incorporate the pet fee into the total price. Limit is 2 dogs; no other animals allowed. Please review the home rules for our full pet policy.

- Flat screen, intelligent Roku TV's mounted in two of the bedrooms on swivel mounts (Netflix, Hulu, supplied). Extensive flatscreen TV in the living area, and we do not have cable due to the amount of streaming services of included.

- We supply bed linens & bath towels & Beach towels.

- We also provide enough hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, & trash bags to get you started upon arrival. However, if you are staying longer than a couple nights, please plan to supplement with your own supplies based on your personal needs.

About the Area

Located in Carolina Beach, this vacation home is near theme parks and near the beach. Carolina Beach Boardwalk is a popular attraction and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Carolina Beach and Wrightsville Beach. Odysea Surf and Kiteboard School and North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher are also worth visiting. When to visit & When to reserve a Carolina Beach rental home:

• June, July, and August are the most expensive months in the Southport area. Book your Southport rental home in the Fall or Spring to get the benefit of gorgeous weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to book a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer months.
