The condo is pet friendly (modest dogs under 35 lbs) with a non-returnable pet fee per pet and up to 2 dogs allowed. The floor plan features adjoining dining/kitchen and living areas with two enormous sets of sliding glass doors and huge windows to savor a breathtaking view of the golf course and property grounds. The kitchen is completely-equipped and the dining area has a table for four with a raised bar offering additional seating for four. An outdoor patio accessible from the living room area is the ideal spot to appreciate calming after a day on the beach or the golf course. Watch golfers test their putting skills on the green and observe the native coastal wildlife.   • In the Southport area, The earlier your group can book a vacation home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable rental properties are booked early. Booking your rental home up to 12 months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to plan and book your vacation home.
  • Summer months are the most expensive season in the Southport area. Reserving a rental home in Fall or Spring months is our favorite way to save money on your vacation. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of acceptable homes. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer months. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Southport vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host if your family qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
  • Booking websites typically offer their guests an option to buy trip insurance protection.
