The inverted floor plan provides extraordinary ocean vistas from the upper-level living room as well as the dining and kitchen. Entirely equipped kitchen with SS appliances: refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and oven/stove. There is a washer and dryer, iron, and ironing board. Flat screen TVs in each bedroom and sizable 55” flat screen Intelligent-TV in the living room. Subscription Intelligent TV App and wireless internet supplied. Convenient outside hot/cold enclosed shower to rinse off after appreciating a day at the beach or swimming in the pool. Charcoal and gas grille onsite.
