THE LOCATION
Come savor impressive Ocean Isle Beach, North Carolina in this pretty new home with all the amenities, including a private swimming pool and elevator. Take in alluring vistas of the ocean and intercoastal waterway from the upsized decks on both floors. The home is only a ten-min. walk to attractions, bars, and eateries. It is located directly across the street from the beach and only five homes down from the public beach access.

THE SPACE
Palm Breezes consists of 2630 feet of living area and is gorgeously decorated with a calming, neutral palette. All five bedrooms have private baths, and each opens to a deck with ocean or ICW vistas. This home is very convenient for multiple families and can comfortably accommodate up to 18 guests. The elevator makes this home handicap friendly.

PROPERTY DETAILS
First Floor: a king bedroom with private bath, a bedroom with two queens beds and a private bath, and a bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds with a bath shared with living area, which has a pull-out sleeper couch, intelligent TV, games, wet bar and pool table!

Second Floor: Master bedroom (king) with a private bath and bespoke shower, and another bedroom with 2 queen beds, which shares a bath with the main living area. Modern, entirely-equipped kitchen has granite countertops, oversize refrigerator/freezer, and all the tools and appliances you need when cooking for a crowd. In addition, a wet bar with sink and a separate ice maker make filling the cooler for the beach very convenient. Between our upsized kitchen island with barstools, huge dining table and porch with table and chairs, there’s plenty of room for meals. Bright, roomy family room has sizable, intelligent TV and games for the family to appreciate. High speed wireless Internet access is also supplied.

THE (ADDITIONAL) AMENITIES are many, beginning with covered parking and lighting. You will also have access to a 14 x 26 private salt water pool (NEW heating option- ask for details!) with tiki bar and outdoor shower. Intelligent TVs are in the main areas on both floors.

OTHER INFORMATION
At outstanding family-aligned Ocean Isle Beach you will escape the hordes and traffic of the Outer Banks and Myrtle Beach and just relax. Nearby golf features courses such as Oyster Bay, Marsh Harbour, Sea Trail, Panther's Run, Heather Glenn, and many more within a 15-min. drive. Ocean Isle also features a miniature golf course, beach stores and eateries, and a general aviation airport which is less than five mins. from the beach.

No family pets or smoking allowed. Pre-approval is required for events under age 30. Linens are not supplied.
