Located on the east end of the island Brain Waves is a short 6-min. walk to the ocean from it's second street location. Savor gorgeous intercoastal marsh vistas while cooling off by the pool! Top level living/dining area ensure you will appreciate every sunrise with your morning cup of coffee as well as handsome sunsets while dining with family and friends.
PROPERTY DETAILS
This property comes completely outfitted with all the amenities you will need to have a comforting and calming vacation! Brain Waves conveniently has parking for up to 6 cars. You will have access to a private pool and tiki bar that is equipped with a intelligent TV and drink cooler. There is a close by bathroom and outdoor shower for painless use when coming back from the beach or taking a dip in the pool. The home is equipped with 6 beach chairs and a kayak supplied for your leisure. There are intelligent TV's in every bedroom and in the main living areas on both floors. The outside decks are entirely furnished with patio style chairs and furnishings. The bottom floor living area is comfortable and has a reading nook for kids or the kids at heart to savor! The kitchen is fully supplied with all your needs to prepare a handsome meal after a day at the beach. This home is very roomy with an elevator and keyless entry making it comfortably accessible. All Stellar Beach units include bed and bath linens. To make your stay with us feel a little more like home, this property includes a propane gas grille.

CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel any reservation and receive a full refund of all amounts paid if you notify Stellar Beach in writing (by e-mail or letter) of your intention to cancel the reservation at least ninety (90) days prior to the check-in date. In the event that you cancel your reservation within ninety (90) days of your check-in date, for any or no reason, (including the failure to pay the final payment due 90 days before the stay), including inclement weather, you shall not be eligible for a refund of any payments made to Stellar Beach. Stellar Beach highly recommends purchasing traveler insurance!
We offer Standard Trip Insurance which covers you 100% of Trip Cost up to $100,000 if your cancellation reasons fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons. The cost of Standard Trip Insurance is 7% of the total booking price. Standard Trip Insurance can be purchased up to 30 days before your stay.
We offer Cancel for Any Reason (CFAR) Trip Insurance which covers you 100% of Trip Cost up to $100,000 if your cancellation reasons fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons (listed above) and 60% reimbursement if your cancellation reason does not fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons. The cost of CFAR Trip Insurance is 10.8% of the total booking price. CFAR Trip Insurance can only be purchased in the period of two weeks after your booking has been made and only if check-in is more than 30 days out.

When to book & When to go:

  • Reserve your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules often open a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rental homes during Winter holiday gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months along the coast of NC. To get the largest rental home within your budget, we highly recommend booking in Fall or Spring. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, better selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of large crowds at popular Southport attractions and restaurants. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Southport vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean?
