Important Guest Notice – No Animals Accepted

Due to the homeowner’s severe allergies, no animals of any kind are allowed on this property, including service or therapy animals. We kindly ask all guests to respect this rule to ensure a safe and comfortable stay for everybody.



Guests must be 25 years or older to book.



For your safety, exterior security cameras are located on the property.



Pool Heating Information



Pool heating is available for $100 per nighttime.



The max. pool temperature is 86°F. Please note that pool heaters are affected by outdoor temperatures. If outside temperatures drop below 55°F, we are unable to activate the heater due to the risk of damage to the equipment and plumbing.



Pool heating is not available from mid-November through March.



If you would like the pool heated for your stay, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to arrival, as it typically takes roughly 12 hours for the pool to reach the desired temperature.
