Welcome to Bon Dia, a 3,400 sq. ft. coastal getaway just a two min. walk to East Beach and steps from the Shoals Club. With over 1,000 sq. ft. of porches and a rooftop deck offering 230° ocean vistas, the home is designed for relaxation and gathering.

Interiors combine clean coastal style with details inspired by travels through Portugal and Italy, creating a space that is both refined and welcoming.

The entry level offers a rec room, guest suite with Cal King bed, two family bunk rooms (each with en-suite baths), and an additional room with a queen Murphy bed and adjacent full bath. Upstairs, a chef’s kitchen with butler’s pantry, light-filled living room, powder room, and serene primary suite await. For added privacy, a detached crofter provides its own kitchenette, Cal King bed, and full bath.
