Three Girls is a cavernous and delightfully rebuilt oceanfront home located inside the gated west end of the island, offering gorgeous vistas and direct access to an uncrowded beach via a private walkway. Enormous picture windows on the oceanfront first floor fill the home with natural light, while two levels of covered porches provide memorable ocean vistas. Totally taken down to the studs and expanded by a Holden Beach–based architect, this home was completely rebuilt in 2022 and now offers 3,200 square feet of thoughtfully designed living space with a casual, understated coastal style.

This home features six well-sized bedrooms and six and a half baths, with two bedrooms on the first level and four upstairs. Each bedroom has its own private bath with entirely tiled showers and quartz countertops. Two separate sitting rooms—one on each level—offer additional space for reading, TV streaming, games, or peaceful time away from the main living area. Sleeping accommodations include five queen bedrooms and one upstairs bunk room with two bunk beds (four beds total), accepting occupancy for up to fourteen guests. A Pack ’n Play is also available.

The first-floor living area is open and inviting, designed for comfort and gathering. The oceanfront dining area offers pretty vistas and an expandable table that seats up to twelve. The gourmet kitchen is fully refreshed with stainless steel appliances, including a high-end Italian induction range, bespoke cabinetry, and a enormous quartz island with seating for five—ideal for group cooking and entertaining. New wood floor flows throughout the kitchen, dining area, and all rooms in the home.

Additional features include five TVs located in the living area, both sitting rooms, one first-floor bedroom, and one upstairs bedroom, along with family games in the common areas. Outdoor amenities include a saltwater private swimming pool, an enclosed hot and cold outdoor shower beneath the home, and an additional outdoor shower along the pool walkway. The upper level offers a modern laundry room with new appliances, ceiling fans throughout, and a garage-level 240V outlet for electric car charging (guests must bring their own charging cord).
