This very elegant 4 Bedroom Home It is in a great location in the central part of the island, one mile from the main road. Leland is a beach access street. This home is only 250 yards from the beach access. Furnishings are new and regularly refreshed. This is a great value choice with elegant space so very close to the beach. Rents Sun-Sun, but ask us about Sat-Sat, as it may be possible.

The back yard on the water with the private dock is thoroughly fenced in with latch gate to access the private dock. There is a very alluring fish cleaning station and sink near the dock access. Great setup for fishermen, and fisherwomen, too.

Capacity of 10 assumes children in the group. There is a sublimit of 8 adults (grown persons), and 10 in total. 2 adults per bedroom.

The bedrooms have classy separation and privacy and the open floor plan is very comfortable for modest family groups. Very economical choice.

Two porch swings on ground level and covered. It has 3 bathrooms for your bliss as well as an outdoor shower. The decor and furnishings are current and update. The bedrooms have delightful separation between them, with 1 bedroom (Queen) on upper level, 2 bedrooms on street side main level of home, and 1 bedroom on waterside main level of home.
