【No Parties or Events (Unless Pre-Approved)】
Parties or events are not allowed without prior approval. However, modest gatherings may be allowed with a pre-approved event package at an additional cost of $200 per nighttime, accepting up to 30 total visitors (including registered guests).

We welcome pets under 40 pounds, and we’ve even included a cozy dog crate in the living room to help your furry friend feel at home.

Guests can access the property through both the front door and the garage. To minimize disruption to our neighbors, we kindly recommend parking one car in the garage whenever possible.
